The hotel's rooms were small but clean and worked well for my husband and me, although they might be uncomfortable with larger luggage. The service was friendly and very helpful, especially with organizing luggage transfers and taxi arrangements. The location was superb, close to a subway station and surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores. The dining options were not exceptional, and the prices were high, so we didn't try any. Overall, a convenient stay with some limitations.

However, they are more spacious compared to other similarly-starred hotels, justifying the slightly higher room rate. The service is friendly but can be aloof at times. The location is great for exploring the city and is near Temmabashi station. The dining experience is not exceptional, and the facilities are decent.
